My Service Options
You may choose either of the following 3 options for your catering event:

MORNING & AFTERNOON TEA
All morning and afternoon tea options can be upgraded to a lunch menu.
OPTION 1 - $5.00 per person
- Scones jam & cream (1)

- Cheesecake (1) (peach & mango or berry)
OPTION 2 - $7.80 per person
- Mexican meatballs served with chilli sauce (3)
- Sundried tomato and olive rolls (1)
- Mini dim Sims (3)
- Served hot
- Pikelets jam & cream (2)
- Sticky toffee pudding served with cream or cheesecake slice (1)
OPTION 3 - $8.50 per person
- Mixed platter of sandwiches (4 triangles)
- Scones jam & cream (1)
- Danish apple custard & berry (1)
- Muffins large (1) – double choc chip

OPTION 4 - $16.90 per person
- Thai tuna balls (3)
- Samosa cocktail size (3)
- Spring rolls cocktail size (3)
- All served with chilli dipping sauce
- Small mixed savoury pies (2) (beef & mushroom pepper, vegetable & curry or potato)
- Quiche Lorraine small (2)
- All served hot
- Cheese cake (1) –peach & mango -berry
- Petite banana & caramel cakes (1)
This option is quite filling and can be made smaller if required.
OPTION 5 - $5.00 per person
Platter of mixed cheeses, kabana, sun dried tomatoes, olives, pate, chillies, and dolmades, served with fresh fruit, vegetables and crackers.
OPTION 6 - $6.80 per person
- Banana cake or Mud cake (1)
- Cheesecake (1)
- Mixed small bread rolls (1) filled with assorted fillings....for example
- roast pork and apple sauce
- ham, lettuce, cucumber and carrot
- egg & lettuce
- Sundried tomatoes, roast beef, lettuce

OPTION 7 - $10.50 per person
